1) Intellectual Property
This website and all of the website content forming the website is the intellectual property of Deb Nambiar Designs. The website content includes but is not limited to all images, logo’s, text, designs, source code, written text, product names and brand names used on the website.
As a user of the website you acknowledge that Deb Nambiar Designs owns the website content and you agree that you will not modify, copy or adapt any of the content without written permission from Deb Nambiar Designs

2) Placing an Order
When an order is placed on the www.debnambiardesigns.com website you will receive an email confirmation of that order. The email confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your order. The order placed by you represents an offer to purchase the specific items at the price displayed on the website at the time of order.
To the extent permitted by Australian law, Deb Nambiar Designs reserves the right to either accept or reject the order for any reason including the unavailability of stock, errors in the price of an item, incomplete address details or incorrect delivery cost calculation. If your order is rejected and a payment had been made then a reimbursement will be processed to the credit card/PayPal account that the original payment was made from.
3) Shipping costs
The cost of postage and handling for goods within Australia varies widely depending on the size and weight of the items your order. To see what your shipping will be, simply add the items to your cart, scroll down and you will see the Postage Calculator. Just enter your postcode and click the little update button and the postage cost will appear. In some cases, for rural postcodes, if your order needs to be packed in multiple packages or is otherwise unusually bulky, our online postage calculator may not be able to accurately calculate your shipping charges. These instances are rare but should this arise, we will get in touch with you to let you know. 4) Delivery of your items
Fulfilment Orders
Deb Nambiar Designs use various fulfilment partners and use tracked parcel systems for secure and reliable service on all parcels. Dispatchments vary between fulfilment partners and usually range between 2-8 days from the confirmation that the order has been processed.
Custom Orders
Some of our designs maybe available in alternate sizes and colours. Please email info@debnambiardesigns.com using the link at the bottom of the website Home Page with your requests.
Items that are custom made, will be subject to different rates and must be reconfirmed in writing as a "SPECIAL ORDER" and can only be purchased through a direct payment via PayPal. A custom order will be despatched from our fulfilment centres which may be located in another zone. It may take a few days longer to be despatched . Please let us know if there is any special delivery instructions nominating a safe place to leave the item if you are not home to avoid any redelivery issues. If you are concerned about when you might receive your item, please contact us at info@debnambiardesigns.com.
5) Payment
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay and GPay. Once you confirm your order, you can choose to either pay Amex, securely by ShopPay or select "more payment options" to select PayPal or GPay websites. 6) Returns and refunds
We are sure you will be delighted with the quality of the items you order and we endeavour to describe all items as accurately as possible through our product photos and descriptions. However, if you're not happy with the item you receive, please contact us at info@debnambiardesigns.com within 5 working days to discuss an exchange or refund*. (*Sale items and custom made items excluded unless they arrive faulty or damaged.)
However please choose your items carefully as return postage is at the buyer's expense for change of mind. Returned items must be in unused, brand new saleable condition, in the original packaging with all tags attached (where applicable). Please ship in protective packaging as goods damaged in return shipping will not be refunded.
7) Damaged or faulty items
We check all items before shipping but if you should receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will offer a full refund or replacement item. Please contact us at info@debnambiardesigns.com within 5 working days to discuss. We usually request photos to confirm that the item is faulty, damaged or not as described but we do reserve the right to request that items be returned for inspection before issuing a refund. Please ship in protective packaging as goods damaged in return shipping will not be refunded. Once we have received the item back in good order and confirmed the fault or damage, we will refund both the cost of the item and the shipping costs or provide a replacement item.
Any item that is returned used or has been damaged after receipt by the customer will not be accepted for refund. After receipt of the item, storage and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
8) Indemnity
You as the user of the website will at all times indemnify and hold harmless Deb Nambiar Designs employees, officers, contractors and directors against any liability or claim, action loss or demand (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) made by any third party as a result of your conduct, your use of the www.debnambiardesigns.com website or a loss suffered as a result of a breach of these Terms and Conditions or suffered as a result of your reliance on information shown on the www.debnambiardesigns.com website.

Deb Nambiar Designs operates in Melbourne, Victoria and the laws of the state of VIC and the Commonwealth of Australia govern these Terms and Conditions.

The website is provided “As Is” and use by you is at your sole risk. Deb Nambiar Designs makes no warranty that the website, its content, data or product information will meet your requirements. The user expressly agrees that Deb Nambiar Designs will not be responsible for any Direct Loss, Indirect Loss or Consequential Loss related to your use of the website. Your only remedy for dissatisfaction with the www.debnambiardesigns.com website is to discontinue using the website.
